The Power To Choose...

Liberty First Financial does not subscribe to the “blind pool” methodology offered by other Trust Deed investment companies. The value in our approach highlights the investor’s power to choose.

Everyone has preferences, some logical, some emotional. When an individual transaction is presented to a client (investor), he or she has the power to decide if the opportunity meets with their personal criteria and preferences. This right to choose is surrendered in a “blind pool” investment approach.

The ‘Fractionalization’ investment format provides the benefits of simplicity and transparency. Its value lays in the fact that it affords the individual the power to choose the loan transaction they wish to participate in, as well as the size of their participation in that loan.

For enhanced security of capital, most investors tend to purchase portions, or fractions of different loan transactions across the board. By doing so these knowledgeable investors are in essence diversifying their positions without relinquishing control.

As an investor one can surely appreciate the value in having the abiliy to participate in as many different opportunities as one may opt for; not to mention having the capacity to dedicate as much funding as one deems appropriate in any transaction.
