• Status tracking of any appropriate insurance needs such as: fire, flood etc.

• Prompt communication to all parties concerned in the event of loan delinquency.

• Providing late and/or maturity notices to specified borrowers regarding open loans.

• The timely submission of any payoff demands and/or requests for full re-conveyance.

• Subcontract legal and trustee services as needed.

 

Besides acting as the communication hub between the borrower and the Trust Deed investor; our company’s full range of services are aimed to provide our investors with little to do but cash a monthly check.
