Building each loan investor-by-investor is a time consuming activity that could undermine and hinder a prospective borrower’s need for fast funding. We at Liberty First expedite this process by first funding the loan to the borrower ourselves, and then to seek outside capital. Needless-to-say this methodology is only viable if the lending organization is both capable financially, and possess years of local experience in Bay area real estate.

 

Not all Trust Deed investment firms are direct lenders. Many choose to act in a broker-only capacity;  We have found that many of the best transactions are the ones that require quick action on our part, and by working with our own capital, we can often obtain the rights to high quality investment/lending opportunities that other firms in our market could not.
